Refund policy

Customers are advised to promptly reach out if they intend to cancel their order. A $5 transaction fee will apply to any order cancelled within 72 hours of placement due to a change of mind.

PRE-ORDERS: 

Cancellations for pre-orders accepted only within the initial 24-hour window from purchase.

This allows us to confirm stock allocations and also process the order for the manufacturing process. All timeframes for delivery are listed on the item.
